We offer both individual and group services designed to foster healing, growth, and connection. Our group therapy offerings include trauma processing through kink-informed frameworks. Therapy groups are tailored for diverse populations. with a focus on supporting emotional regulation, identity development, and relief from anxiety, depression, and trauma.
